I joined AIM at a time when there were many problems with insurance throughout the Activities Industry.
Insurance costs had rocketed and spurious claims were being paid out by insurance companies, without challenge. Many companies preferred to pay out a modest amount because they calculated that this was much cheaper than going to Court and winning. We went with AIM because we thought that they would better represent our industry and because they told us that they would fight cases rather than succumb to early pressure.
I believe that AIM have always charged reasonable rates for an excellent service. The Annual renewal is a very simple process and any queries have always been dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. During the Coronavirus problems AIM came to us of their own volition and offered payment holidays, temporary reduction in fees because our centres were closed, and were also committed to chasing the Business Interruption Insurance issues.
I hold AIM in great esteem and recommend them wholeheartedly
