We know you'd much rather be out running activities — and we totally get that. But before we can send over your insurance quote, we’ll need you to fill out the proposal form. It helps us understand what you do and make sure the cover we offer is right for you.

Our underwriting team know the activities sector and your insurance requirements.  We have worked with all kinds of providers, so we understand the risks, the paperwork, and the practicalities. If you’ve got questions or need advice, you’ll be speaking to people who genuinely understand and are ready to help.

1. Open the proposal form and save to your computer before completing. You may need to use Acrobat Reader to open the form
2. Complete the sections you need cover for, Liability only and/or Property and Equipment.
3. Once you have completed the sections you need, save and attach the form to an email before sending to us.
4. Email info@activitiesindustrymutual.co.uk with the completed form.

Once we have reviewed your business requirements one of the team will be in touch with your personalised quotation.
