We know you'd much rather be out running activities — and we totally get that. But before we can send over your insurance quote, we’ll need you to fill out the proposal form. It helps us understand what you do and make sure the cover we offer is right for you.
Our underwriting team know the activities sector and your insurance requirements. We have worked with all kinds of providers, so we understand the risks, the paperwork, and the practicalities. If you’ve got questions or need advice, you’ll be speaking to people who genuinely understand and are ready to help.
- Open the proposal form and save to your computer before completing. You may need to use Acrobat Reader to open the form
- Complete the sections you need cover for, Liability only and/or Property and Equipment.
- Once you have completed the sections you need, save and attach the form to an email before sending to us.
- Email info@activitiesindustrymutual.co.uk with the completed form.
Once we have reviewed your business requirements one of the team will be in touch with your personalised quotation.
Meet the team
Brad Mott
Underwriter
Brad is usually the first point of contact for most organisations looking for a quote from the Mutual. He assists with quotes for new business, looks after renewals and assists activity providers with day-to-day queries.
Amy Lawrence
Underwriter
Amy joined AIM in October 2019 after working for 8 years on another Mutual in the retail sector. She comes with many years of experience and understanding of the ways a Mutual works and looks after its‘ members. A valuable team member helping with renewals and queries on a part-time basis. She is currently working her way through the ’Couch to 5k’ training in the hope of doing another sponsored run soon.
Liz Easton
Senior Underwriter
Liz is the Senior Underwriter on the team. She joined AIM in 2016 and has over thirty years working within the insurance sector. As part of the AIM team, her main role is to underwrite new business and renewal quotes, as well as dealing with queries and cover changes from members. She also spends time liaising with other areas of the business and our support insurer.
Ralph Doe
Account Executive
Ralph joined AIM in 2017 from a background insuring and supporting some of the UK‘s largest charities providing adventurous activities to young people. With over 15 years’ experience in the insurance sector Ralph is an accredited Insurance and Risk Management professional who will be supporting AIM members with site visits, technical advice and all aspects of coverage requirements.
