The Member Services Centre is based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and the AIM team members include:-
Shaun is the Mutual Manager for the Activities Industry Mutual. He works closely with our Chairman and the Board of Directors and the Regis team who look after our members. He visits many AIM members during the year, and oversees the new business and renewal process. He also manages the Mutual’s relationship with our supporting insurer, Mitsui Sumitomo at Lloyd’s.
Kirsty is an accredited insurance professional with over 12 years’ experience in the industry. She joined Regis in 2016, taking up the role of Assistant Mutual Manager, providing support to both Shaun Fyson and the AIM Board in the managing of all aspects of the Mutual
James has specialised in the adventure activities insurance sector for the past decade. He focuses on all adventure activity related news and events, providing industry knowledge to support AIM’s strategy and our service to our members. His industry knowledge supports our handling of liability claims and helps us to continue to ensure that AIM’s services reflect the needs of our members.
Richard is tasked with both visiting members to discuss renewals or general queries and the development of the mutual through the acquisition of new members
Brad is usually the first point of contact for most organisations looking for a quote from the Mutual. He assists with quotes for new business, looks after renewals and assists activity providers with day-to-day queries.
Cath is responsible for all marketing related activities, including email circulars, organising events/workshops and for updating the website.
Richard has many years’ experience working in claims and has responsibility for handling all AIM claims from notification to settlement. He also liaises with loss adjusters and legal teams to ensure the best result for our members.
